PRIVACY
This policy explains what happens to personal data on this website. It follows the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
The data controller is Bon Voyage SAS, 25 rue d'Alembert, 75014 Paris, France (SIREN 984 036 962), which publishes this site and the Noma Earplugs store. Questions and requests: tibo@bonvoyagemusic.com.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Browsing. Our host records the usual server logs (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser and device type) to keep the site running and to defend it against abuse.
Messages. If you write to one of the addresses on the contact section, we hold your email address and whatever you put in the message for as long as it takes to deal with it.
What we do not collect. There is no analytics, no advertising script, no social pixel and no third-party tracker on this site. We do not profile visitors and we never sell or rent personal data.
WHY, AND ON WHAT BASIS
- Answering you. Our legitimate interest in replying to the enquiries we receive, or the steps before a contract when you are booking.
- Keeping the site up and secure. Our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse.
COOKIES
This site sets one cookie: a session cookie that carries the token protecting its forms against cross-site request forgery. It is strictly necessary, holds nothing about you, and expires when you close the browser, which is why no consent banner is asked for. Third-party pages you open from here (streaming services, social networks, the partner store) set their own cookies under their own policies.
WHO ELSE SEES IT
- OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Hosting, and therefore the server logs. Data stays in the European Union.
- a-boss. The artist's booking agenda, which this site reads to publish tour dates. Nothing about you is sent to it.
Nobody else. Data is only disclosed beyond this where the law requires it.
PARTNER LINKS
The partners section links out to nomaearplugs.com. Following that link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy policy; anything you enter there is collected there, not here. Note that fulfilment for that store can involve transfers outside the EU, which its own policy sets out.
HOW LONG
Server logs: up to twelve months. Messages: up to three years after our last exchange. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted, for a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to tibo@bonvoyagemusic.com and we answer within one month. We may ask for proof of identity where a request is not clearly yours.
If you are not satisfied with the answer you can complain to the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, cnil.fr.
CHANGES
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date.
