USING THE SITE

The site is offered as it is, and we try to keep it available and accurate without promising either. All artwork, photography, music and the Charles B logotype are protected: please do not reuse them without written permission.

TOUR DATES

Dates are published from the artist's booking agenda and may move or be cancelled. Tickets are sold by the venues and their ticketing partners, never here; their terms, and their refund rules, are the ones that apply to a ticket.

PARTNERS

The partners section is editorial. Nothing there is sold on this site: the link takes you to the partner's own shop, where that shop's terms of sale, prices, delivery and returns policy apply. The partner currently featured, Noma Earplugs, is operated by Bon Voyage SAS as well, so read its terms before ordering. Noma Earplugs are hearing protection, not a medical device, and do not remove every risk of hearing damage.

LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect loss, or for a failure caused by you, by an unforeseeable third party or by force majeure. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

LAW AND DISPUTES

French law applies. Talk to us first, since most things are settled by email. If that fails, a consumer may refer the dispute free of charge to the mediator AFEPAME, contact@afepame.fr, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, before going to court.
